Meet Dave Mann. ...Nevada County's hardest working Architect and one fishing crazy guy.

Dave is generaly the last customer in everyday. He receives a substantial ribbing for that.

Dave is one of several local Architects that like to draw by hand. It's as much art as it is Architecture. Dave likes to see and feel the design as it happens.

What else is unusual about Dave? He's a fifth generation Grass Valley and Nevada County resident. What better feel could you have for the area than from someone born and raised here? He certainly knows where the fishing hot spots are. Heck, the fish probably know him by name.
